Various types of cylinders for manufacturing structured rollers for the embossing industry such as automobile, décor, flexo, hygiene, tissue, leather and textile industry as well as in the glass and wallpaper industry require a  special and fundamental  machine design from Schepers. During designing the team of Schepers has to take into consideration cylinder weight of up to 10’000 kg, which has to run later smoothly and without any vibration in the machine. For the field of technical rollers Schepers create a certain range of machines corresponding to the special cylinder sizes, but we also develop and manufacture machines acorrding to the customer spezifications.
