Solutions for Flexo printing
The Digilas for flexo printing combines three components in an unbeatable team: the Imagesetter process on photopolymer plates, the direct structuring of elastomeric sleeves and plates and the digitally controllable 3D profiling.
Due to the extremely high resolution polymer plates are directly digitally exposed and elastomeric sleeves or plates are directly engraved at a high quality level. The digitally controllable 3D profile provides an optimum behaviour of the highlight dots and guarantees a considerably longer life of the printing form.
